Due to tremendous growth the board has decided to open up a separate company to handle all roofing needs called TriState Roofing, Inc. Its web site will be www.tristateroofs.com. The company invests in pickups, dump trucks and dump containers to control jobs better and provide better customer satisfaction and quality control. Seattle's Best expands again opening up a canvass division to go out and meet the customers, and schedule appointments for our sales departments. Roofing division is 100% company employees now and has grown to 14 roofers. Roofing division is averaging 30-35 roofs a month. Seattle's Best expands again cutting its warehouse in half to make new offices for expansion and renting out another 5,000 square foot warehouse to handle the growth. Looking for land or a building so TriState can relocate as we are again running out of room. Up to 58 employees now company wide Having a record year and throwing an all out office party to celebrate hitting almost 1 million in Gross sales for the month of August.
