Replacement Windows

Window Choices For Your Home

In today's modern homes, windows come in many shapes and sizes - rectangular, square, triangular, octagon or even round. The more unique shaped windows usually don't open, however, but merely serve to let light into the building.

Windows that open to allow ventilation come in the following styles:

  • Single or double sliding windows
  • Single or double hung windows
  • Casement windows
  • Awning windows
  • Bay windows
  • Bow windows
  • Garden windows

Single or Double Sliding WindowsSliding Windows

This style is a traditional design in which the window slides open vertically. A sash is the framework into which panes of glass are set; on a double-hung window, both sashes can slide, allowing you to open the window from the top and the bottom to improve the circulation of air. On a single hung window, only the bottom sash slides upward - the top half of the window is permanently fixed. Screens are installed on the outside of the window frame and ours come into the home for easy cleaning.

Single or double hung windows can be ordered with a tilt in feature for easier cleaning and quick emergency exit capabilities.

Casement or Awning Windows

Hung WindowsCasement windows are hinged at the sides and open outward. They can be pushed open or cranked open with a handle. Screens are placed on the inside of the window. Virtually the entire casement window area can be opened. Awning windows are hinged on the top and crank outwards. They come can come with concealed operating hardware and hidden screens.
Casement and awning windows provide a clean interior appearance and are compliments for countless architecture styles and enhancing any home's aesthetic appeal with simple, compelling design.

Bay or Bow WindowsHung Windows

Bay or Bow Windows are a great way to add dimension to a room. These windows enhance the appearance of your home inside and out, while increasing the spaciousness of your environment. They can be manufactured in a variety of styles and the units can be built in a variety of projections with 30° or 45° angles. An Integral 3/4" oak plywood seat and headboard are standard on bay/bow windows up to 8' wide.

Garden WindowsHung Windows

The most popular window styles for kitchens are Garden Windows. They only require a small amount of wall space; they provide tons of light and make smaller areas look more spacious. They also come standard with a shelf space for plants or decorations. They provide a stylish look from both indoors and outdoors. It's like getting a bay window in a compact size.

What we offer are Great Windows and Doors with Flawless Material

Frame construction for a great window (ECO Signature Series)

The major difference with vinyl window frames is the quality of vinyl used.  Our Vinyl material is much smoother than that of our competitors. Smooth vinyl decreases overall surface area, minimizing damage from handling, weathering and exposure to the elements, while also allowing for easier cleaning. In addition the vinyl is color stabilized to resist discoloration, keeping your new windows look new for a lifetime. Our frames retain their original coloration better than the competition.

Windows and Doors in the color of your choice

That's right, 99% of vinyl windows sold by others exclude the frames being painted and your choices are limited to white or tan only. We offer any color you want on the exterior and guarantee the finish will not chip, flake or peel. The paint is custom sprayed and backed by a 10 year warrantee.

Double strength glass

Most window companies use the minimum allowable glass thickness which is single strength glass. The glass we use is twice as thick as the competition. The result is a flat glass surface that prevents the concave or mirror effect. By using double thick glass you also gain increased sound control and security.

Super Spacer®

Our windows are sealed with Super Spacer which is closed cell polymer foam with a 100% memory formula. Our no metal all foam product is made to resist conduction which causes mold. It prevents convection, radiation and heat leakage which all means a more energy efficient window. Super spacer will not warp, will not crack, is UV resistant and provides noise control. The product is tested to last 100 years. Many of today's energy efficient windows offer Warm Edge technology with metal-based single seal insulating glass spacers. Metal, however, is highly conductive and susceptible to warping under fluctuating temperatures. The problem is that highly conductive metal-based insulating glass spacers are often used in these new windows. Windows lose and gain heat by conduction, convection, radiation and air leakage. Conduction is the movement of heat through a solid material. Touch a hot skillet, and you feel heat conducted from the stove through the pan. Heat flows through a window much the same way.

AAMA & NFRC Certified

Having replaced thousands of windows and the fact we offer the best warrantee in the business we want to make sure we sell the best products in the market place. Our products are tested in accordance with the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) and American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). These tests are voluntary.

  • Weather Ability Test
The AAMA Weather Ability Test verifies the vinyl's ability to retain color and withstand impact when exposed to various climates.
  • Heat Resistance Test
By exposing our vinyl profiles to temperatures as high as 300° F, AAMA can test for stress-related surface changes such as blistering, cracking and warping.
  • Structural Performance
Windows meet or exceed structural performance standards established by AAMA. Performance tests include resistance to air infiltration, water leakage, forced entry and wind load pressure.
  • Real-Life Testing
We use a specially-built house in the Arizona desert to conduct long-term field tests on each of our windows. A southern exposure and air conditioning duplicate the demanding daily conditions experienced by a real home.
